Lemon Juice Diet: Drink Your Way to a Healthy and Clean Body

This was introduced by Stanley Burroughs in 1941 and a lot of people have used this with success. This diet regimen is a fasting process that helps you eliminates any toxin build up that has occurred in your system.  It is comprised of lemon juice, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and clean drinking water.

 

These components of this lemon juice diet are particularly important since each works towards a specific cleansing effect. Of course all ingredients are organic to make sure that they are grown fresh and free of any chemical enhancements. The organic maple syrup and water will help in washing away the toxins that are broken down by the lemon juice that you consume for at least 10 days. You start by drinking sea salt water in the morning and then going through the day with the lemon juice diet.

 

The first two days are quite difficult to go through since you will have a serious case of the munchies. After all, we are so used to eating three to five meals a day and to suddenly stop eating something solid will certainly throw your routine off. You can use crushed ice to get over these cravings and once you do get past the two day hurdle, the remaining 8 days will be easier for you to go through the rest of the lemon juice diet.
